Has anyone ever done or seen a gun with a copper slide? or copper color? It seems like it would look nice but I dont know for sure.

Not that I have seen. I have seen one with the burnt bronze finished cerakote slide. The thread is in the general or gunsmith threads.

Was this ever done as im very interested in the copper color. I saw a Berretta 92fs for sale at one of my gun ranges, and it appeared to have a copper slide which I that was pretty sweet looking. Im curious if the OP every got it done and if so could you provide pictures.

If you want a copper finish that will not wear and chip like Duracoat/Cerakoat/Every other crappy spray on finish, go with something that has a molecular bond with the metal.

Zevtech Bronze ($250 per slide)
