Meh is right. It's an 80% frame to start with, so you have to drill holes and cut the rails for the slide. It's also for personal use (no serial number), so you can't sell it unless you put a serial number on it. The grip on the one in the video is polymer and you have no aftermarket support if you want to change it. If you follow the law, you (and only you) build the gun, no outside help.
