SD9 VE Auto Forwarding?

Does the SD9 VE have an issue with Auto Forwarding as does the M&P?

I have seen the 40 do it. It is fairly common among most polymer pistols.

Why don't you head over to the SD forum and ask, or at least the SD area in Smith & Wesson's forum? There are better S&W SD related sources than the M&P forum.

I was able to smack my Glock & Wesson Sigma 40 hard enough to do it a few times, but it wasn't super easy and for that I'm glad; I don't like it when the action closes when I insert a mag.

IMHO the SD series is "Frankenstein" Sigma with some M&P parts, not a bad gun just not an M&P.

This question was posted at the SD sub forum on one of the S&W forums (Smith & Wesson Forum) site prior my posting on this site. I wanted to see if there were other opinions.

Where is the dedicated SD forum? My search came up empty.
