theres so many great lights and all of them have more features then you will ever need but options are always great, honestly once you start researching LED's your going to get addicted and start buying more lights an experiment take my warning buy 1 light that suits your needs.

+1

My wife will attest to this!!! I am constantly buying high powered, compact led lights. It is somewhat of an addiction. But this is the best way to filter out the good from the not so good, and the others end up as gifts or toy lights for my daughter.

This does not meet any of your required criteria but it is the 2nd to none flashlight for your money Pelican 7060, Pelican 8060. 6 hour burn time at 190 lumens. LED rechargable battery . MADE BY PELICAN. The only way to go from here is surefire flashlights but then you gotta pay for batteries every 2 weeks.

Checkout the Streamlight ProTac 1AA or the Streamlight ProTac 2AA, I have the 1AA model and it is great.

The Fenix LD10 is what I carry, and love it. Seems to fit all of your criteria, and can be had for around $50

I had never heard of Fenix until I started researching flashlights but this site and many others sure like them. Check out this link on flashlight reviews.
