I'm a Spyderco guy, but damn that's a nice looking knife! Up until now the only Benchmade I have liked is the 940 Osborn. I like the hole instead of the thumbstud. Not a fan of liner locks but that looks like a really solid lockup! I also prefer tip up carry. Nice knife though!

I like it a lot! I carry a Benchmade Griptillion every day, and it holds an edge unlike anything else I've tried. Unfortunately I live in Michigan where they have no problem with you carrying a pistol openly, and issue concealed pistol permits, but they decided to make it illegal to allow you to carry a knife with a blade more than 3" in length unless you're hunting.

I'm on my 3rd Kershaw Leek...

As I wear them out, I simply throw them in a drawer and go buy another at Walmart for $40... I have a silver one for formal wear, and a black one for casual...

They are sharp, and easy to sharpen.

They are ergonomic, and thin.

They are solidly built, with no blade twisting or wobble.

They are LIGHTENING fast to open.

You can buy 5 of 'em for the price of a Benchmade...

LOL

Nice knife. I'm a Kershaw guy myself. They're not too expensive, and I dont feel bad if they get a little beat up.

Same here!

I get rid of them anytime they aren't sharp. I want to try and sharpen them but as cheap as they are I figure having another one couldn't hurt!

Anyone have any recommendations for a sharpener?
