Another +1 for the Fenix lights, I picked up an LD10 about a year ago, and it has been THE best light i've owned so far. I've literally carried it every single day since i've owned it, and it shows zero signs of wear.

Love my surefire G2 LED. I have 2, and they are excellent lights.

I have used surefire lights for about 9 years now. I started with an E2E, then a G2, a 6P LED and now a 6PX Defender. I use a light every day while working so I can say they are worth the price to me.
The 500 lumen P2X Fury Defender is on my want list but the physical size of it is a little big which is why I haven't pulled the trigger on that yet.

5.11 TMT L2 mini torch. 320 lumens, striker bezel, 2 CR123A's. $75. They have models that take 1 CR123A or AA or 2 AA batteries but at a reduced lumen rating.

I use a Surefire 6PX Pro daily in my job. They are worth every penny. I have an old Executive Defender incandescent light that the tail switch went out on. I called Surefire they sent me a replacement within two days. No questions asked other than my address.

I have used Streamlight as well. I have a TLR-1 on a Remington 870 and it has held up quite well.

I recommend buying quality you won't regret it.
