S&W just released the new Governor revolver. Just wanted to give you a heads up about it, in case it wasnt already known. It a multi caliber revolver.

It shoots .410 2 1/2" shotshell, .45 ACP or .45 Colt ammo.

Sad to see smith jump on the bandwagon with this horrible platform.

Great looking gun, too bad we may never see it in Mass... but maybe, I'll probably buy one if we get the opportunity.. Although, it's being manufactured and assembled 10 minutes from my home!!!

I think s&w is smart for "jumping on the bandwagon".

They built a high quality version of a gun that sells like the proverbial hotcakes.

Some folks that would never own a Taurus will own one of these!

They responded to an apparent need and want for a large group of prospective gun owners.

That is always a good thing wether it appeals to you or not!

You'd like them to respond to yours now wouldn't you?

Anyone know the price point on on this pistol ? I will never buy a Taurus weapon but may consider this for a "fun" range toy.

Which do you suppose would be the hardest lawsuit to fight?

1. BG's family sues for wrongfull death because you killed their favorite son as he broke through your front door.

2. BG sues because you blinded him for life by using birdshot in the face as he was braking your door down.

He was a good kid loved by all that knew him and just started getting his life together etc.

My preference is for a single cartridge (45ACP) type gun but if S&W can make some money with it i's ok with me.

Can't agree more. If I had extra $500.00 dollars laying around I could find a lot better things to buy than this.

OMBexpress.com starts them out at $506.00, but don't waste your money for this as a range toy. I've shot the Judge at the range and it was horrible.

Wow, way to much for my toy fund - and thanks for the info on your experience shooing a Judge.

Not for me, but everytime I go to my local shop they are selling a Judge. They can't explain it either, but they sell like hotcakes.

Because the idea is interesting/appealing. But the execution/actualization is lacking at best.
