Welcome to our little corner of the web!

I moved your post to an area that gets a lot more traffic, where it was it wouldn't draw much attention.

Welcome to the forum!

Can't help with the viridian, but I have a Surefire that's green and green is the right color since our eyes use it best. Since all US lasers sold here (that's a hint) are limited to 5mw, all green lasers sold here are the same because they max out at 5mw. Some other countries who can ship to the USA have few or no restrictions. Liability issues still exist however.

Read between the lines if I wasn't obvious enough.

I have both the Viridian 5XL and the Streamlight HL G. Both have green lasers. I like both. I like the control switch on the Streamlight better than I do the button switch on the Viridian as seems easier to toggle to on and off intermittently than the Viridian. I also prefer the location of the laser in relation to the bore axis (the Viridian is lower than and somewhat offset to the side of the bore axis. The laser on the Streamlight is centered directly below the bore axis and is not offset).

Thank you guys. I'm not much for the laser aspect of it but more for the flashlight/strobe aspect of it.

They make pretty good products from my experience. Buy lots of batteries ahead of time though...lol.
