| Replacement Slide
Has anyone ever purchased a replacement slide? I have a chance to buy a used M&P and it looks like someone put it in a blender for a few hours. I can buy it cheap, but if I do I would want to replace the slide and sites. I've seen it available as a part # but have found no one selling it outside of S&W. Anyone ever done this? If so, did you have to purchase through S&W? Thanks!

Maybe this thread can put you in contact with the seller. If the action is in a good shape and with a new slide & barrel you are set.

You can also purchase them directly from S&W. I got mine that way.

I wasn't aware you can buy slide directly from S&W. I was told they don't sell just the slides. I bought my replacement slide from the link previously provided.

Not sure if it matters but I'm concerned about the magazine warning being on the slide...should a legal issue ever arise

Nutshell, that seller is good to go. I bought a barrel from the guy and he was ultra fast on the turn around. Sent payment on 12/31 and got the barrel on 1/7. |
