Recoil spring for .357 sig?

I forgot I had my .357 sig barrels and recently found the again. I was wondering what or if any upgraded coil spring is recommend? I shoot hot (underwood) ammo so its not some off the shelf stuff from the big box store. When I converted my glock 22 I used a 20lb recoil and it was much more manageable, just wondering if I should do something similar with the m&p?

Personally, I'd get one of S&W's green recoil assemblies, since that's what originally came with the M&P357. Then again, the green spring came with some early M&P40 pistols, although current M&P40s come with the blue spring.

I put a wolfff 24 pound recoil spring in the gun with the 357 barrel and it still throws the brass over 6 feet away. Just bought the 357 sig barrel for my M&P compact. Have not tried it yet, but I'm expecting similar results.
This? sorry im new.
