PC ported hi viz or 9 2.0

I had a M&P 9 and 9c and sold them when things got tight. I kept the Performance Center Shield. I am now ready to purchase another 9c and either a M&P 2.0 or a Performance Center ported 9 with the hi viz sights. They all would be carry guns or house guns. What are the main differences between the 2 full size guns? Better for my uses? I will appreciate all replies. Thanks

I have a PC full size that I absolutely love, with quite a bit of work to it.
But the 2.0 are getting amazing reviews so personally I'd wait until we see 2.0 PC out.
As for the regular vs PC ported, the subject has been beaten to death. You ll hear guys worried about getting burnt, muzzle flash. IMO those won't matter in a self defense situation and I'd rather have the best shooting platform I can and that's the PC. But that's just how I feel. Opinions vary.

I agree with Ben74.
I always make the PC guns my first choice. And if your worried about the porting, its not an issue.(not for me anyway) I`m waiting for my PC M2.0 to be sent to me. They are working on them, and it will be worth the wait. My dream M&P would be the PC in the compact model, but we`ll see if that happens...lol. I have SEVERAL M&P PC`s, love them all... after i APEX`D them...lol. Hopefully the PC M2.0 guns wont need any work, but if they do, i`m not shy with spending the money & time on them.

Thanks for the quick replies fellas and I agree with your answers. I'll probably go ahead and get a 9c now and wait for the 2.0 Performance Center. Hopefully, it won't too long of a wait.

I ordered the 9c in FDE today. Thanks for the encouraging words that the Performance Center 2.0's are being built . I'll just wait. Thanks, again.
