Question Sandpaper Textured Stick On Tape

I have seen the custom fit sandpaper textured grip tape on Amazon and Ebay selling for about $17. Is this similar to the 2.0 grip stippling? I want some tape with the 2.0 grip texture. Anyone know of a site that sells it?
Thank You!

Nothing compares to the stippling on the m2.0 when compared to grip tape.
The sandpaper texture will get you close, but thats it. Talon grips in sandpaper is the way to go, Talons quality is steller.

Talon sandpaper grips are the best lowest cost choice. I have a sandpaper set on my Full Size for going on two years and it is my daily carry gun. No problems. Better to buy direct from Talon than some no name on Amazon.

No harm in purchasing from Amazon, they sell legit Talon products. Talon makes a rubberized and sandpaper version. It comes down to personal preference, but if you like the stippling on the 2.0 you'll like the sandpaper.

The sandpaper/granular grip type tape on Amazon is Talon brand.

IMO, the closest you are going to get to M2.0 grip texture on your Gen1 is a stippled backstrap. I have fine grit skateboard griptape on mine and it feels nothing like the 2.0. I actually prefer the griptape as it seems less aggressive, yet more grippy to my hands.

Is the 2.0 texture similar to the texture on the Shield 45? I like that.

Not that I'll be buying any 2.0 models.
