apex striker block

Is there anyway to tell the difference between the s &w striker block and the apex. Supposedly the gunsmith I used installed the apex, but it appears the rear sight screw has never been loosened.

The Apex USB has much more rounded edges, post a picture and I can tell you which it is.

I believe there are various incarnations of the Apex striker block. Mine differs from the one pictured.

Neither of mine is concave; likely a product of the way the pic was taken.

The APEX USB in the picture Avedis posted is not concave, none of them are, although it does look that way. Here's some images from my library (I took them.)

Cropped from the original image, APEX uses a significantly reduced version of this image on their website:

First one is the factory part, second one I contoured and polished (Burwelled, this one is still in use), third is an APEX USB (might be for FSS, I don't recall):

This well used USB is poking up out of the slide:

While quite smooth, these are not APEX parts:

That photo seems to show the older APEX striker block while the newer one, which I have, isn't radiused as much.
