What type of magwell and basepads are those? I'm looking to try and do the same to my pistol.

Looks like a Springer Precision EZ slide racker, mag release may be from Springer, too. Magwell and baseplates are probably Speed Shooter's ESP.

I've been using a Speed Shooters slide racker on our USPSA Limited Class M&P40, don't really care for the Springer's corners. My racker's lever bent forward a bit when I dropped the slide while cleaning (I actually like it better now). We also use a brass, Limited magwell and brass 140mm magazine extensions, which are not IDPA legal. I believe the SSS racker is reversible, for left or right handers. I have also seen an SSS style racker with an ambi lever, may have been a home-made/custom job.
