I have an RM05G RMR on my M&P9 FS. 9moa GREEN dot, no batteries. I am digging it.

I snapped some crappy cellphone pics before I got the Ameriglo suppressor sights put on it, but you get the idea...

S&W M&P C.O.R.E. review update with Jerry Miculek - YouTube

Verified with VORTEX today that you have to machine material from the front of the sight or from the front of the milled area in the CORE's slide to make the Razor work with the CORE.

I measured it today, you need to remove about .030 of material from one or the other...

I was told this by someone i was on the phone with at Leupold last week. I only have that one data point. Thus was in the context of shipments to Brownell.

The size difference is so small, between the different sights, the ability to carry concealed is not affected. I always carry IWB Appendix style. The butt of the pistol will be more of a worry to conceal than the RMR.
Here is a link to some pics I posted of an RMR'ed Glock and M&P:

Does the Trijicon RMR allow cowitness with the factory sights?

Just to clear up the discussion about the Burris Fastfire II, I will indeed cowitness on the M&P core. I can only speak for the 9mmL but I 100% assure you it fits on plate #5 perfectly and will cowitness about 1/2 of the front site. I have shot 250 rounds with this sight and it has not flickered on bit on MOA. If you dont want to spend nearly as much on a red dot as you did on your gun, The Burris Fastfire II is a very good option. I cant speak for the fastfire III but I know the II works perfectly on the core

Both of my M&P's have milled slides, so I am not sure if the RMR will co-witness
with the factory CORE sights. From the pics, it looks like they will.
I am sure someone here will have an RMR on their CORE and can give you a
clear answer.

Am very close to buying the 4 1/4" CORE with a Trijicon RMR07.......... Couldn't care less about co-witnessing. So long as I can see the dot and can see the irons, I'm good.
