Apex Forward Set Aluminum Trigger

Hey guys,
Bought an M&P9L Pro with the Apex forward set aluminum trigger yet. I haven't picked it up from my FFL but I am getting ready to transfer and the new range i'll be shooting at is looking to drop IDPA for USPSA. The gun is setup for ESP (magwell, base pads, trigger, etc) but I know i'll be at a disadvantage shooting minor in limited/L10. Can I swap in a stock trigger on the Apex kit and shoot production? This is my first M&P I generally shoot with a Wilson or TRP. I felt a stock M&P9L Pro trigger and it wasn't horrible for a plastic gun but people are raving on these apex triggers and I got a good deal.

If I can't fit a stock trigger would a good option be to remove the trigger and replace it with another kit that would end up being production legal and remove the ESP stuff and shoot SSP/Production. I like to play to win but I don't know if I'm overthinking the L/L10 minor stuff since I haven't shot USPSA matches yet and could suck.

You would want to keep the Apex Trigger, Trigger Bar and Trigger Spring together as a group, and replace all 3 with the stock M&P parts.

Yes, what k2ue said and lose the mag well for Production. I would call Apex and ask if the FSS sear will work with a factory trigger - I don't think it will. One option is Apex's Competition AEK. It's legal for Prod and works with stock trigger. It'll give you a 3 pound trigger pull. Good luck!

Taco, my CORE came with the competition AEK (traded for another pistol). Id be willing to let it go if you want it. I swapped it for the flat Apek kit.
