hey guys have you seen any of these that fit the M&P. I think its the best of both worlds had one on my front sight of my sig equinox and loved it. Helped during the day and was way bright at night. I would like to do rear and front with them if possible what are your thoughts on them and do you know where to get some for the M&P? thanks
http://www.truglo.com/content/products/fir...dgun_sights.asp like these i see the gun list underneath just thought i would see if anybody knew of when they would be out for the M&P or a similar sight by somebody other then TG offered them thanks.
I have yet to see tritium optics for the M&P. Believe me I wish they existed. TruGlo only seems to suppot the Glocks, XD's, Sig's, and Kimbers. If anyone knows of any though, by all means let us know!
I used the tritium/FO sight on a SIG for many months.
(1) It is an extremely wide front sight. This makes getting a good sight picture more difficult.
(2) There is no way to replace the fiber optic tube as it gets dirty, scratched, etc. (this was a requirement from NRC, actually, to prevent people from getting access to the nuclear material in the tritium capsule) By 10,000 rounds my fiber optic rod was so disfigured that it was far too dim for anything useful.
It's a great concept, but so far the technology doesn't seem up to the task.
wow didnt know they were that bad nevermind then lol. I guess ill just go with some trijicons or somethin thanks for the help guys.
