| Magazine follower bypassing tab on slide stop tab
The follower will go past the tab that is designed to catch the follower. Causing mags to hang up on that tab and not eject and sometimes cause the slide to not lock back on empty. 2 new M&P9c's and all 4 mags share this problem. #'s HALXXXX and HAMXXXX Hope these pics help  |

Fixed by S&W. Out of spec followers as suspected.
