M&P Shield 9 2 day Adaptive Combat Pistol Class
I completed Dave Spaulding's Adaptive Combat Pistol course with my Shield. Class advertised as 600 round min, but I have no idea how many rounds I shot as I did not keep track. I just took way more than the min.
We dropped mags in the dirt. Gun placed on the ground many times in same dirt.
Gun and mags coated with baby oil on first day. I just wiped off the oil after the drill. I did not clean the gun for day 2.
I had one failure to fire, which was a light primer strike. That was probably my reloads.
Gun ran fine. All I did was add a few drops of EWL before the start of class in the morning.
Happy with this gun in this environment! This is the second course I have taken with this gun. The other one was more harsh, but one day only.

Sounds like a hoot, and I'd have no doubt that the shield did well.
I've used both of my Shields in several IDPA BUG shoots/matches, but haven't used them for any training as yet.
My M&P9's have been through several two day 1500 round count advanced classes, and have never missed a beat.
