Okay to Dry Fire S&W 19-4 ????

Just picked up a Sweet S&W 19-4 4" Blue, It has the Sweetest, Smoothest Trigger Ever, And I just want to keep pulling it ( The Trigger ) is it going to do any harm???

I have a model 19 that has been subject to dry firing for 20+ years with no ill effects.S&W states that it is ok to dry fire all of their handguns except for rimfires.
"S&W Model 19 Combat Magnum, everything you need in a revolver, and nothing you don't."

I have dry fired all of my S&W revolvers over the years with no problems.
