AnotherS&W 19-4 Question...

The Firing pin on this gun is a small spur mounted to the Hammer with a pin. The Spur/Firing pin is loose in the Hammer, It wobbles around if you touch it with your finger. Is this normal??

The pin should move, but it should have tension on it,so it returns by itself to its normal position.

After posting that above I talked to someone I know with that dash model who says the 19-4 pin does move, but isn't spring loaded.Mine is a 19-7 that is spring loaded.
