629 Competitor/ Hunter optics mount help

Hello all, I picked up a used 629 Competitor the other day and am trying to mount a Burris Fastfire on the rails, problem I'm having is every mount I find says for pica tinny and Weaver rails well great except when I get them here the don't fir the Smith. I measure the rails on the gun and they are .15 inches using my micrometer
The 1st mount I ordered was made by american Defense and the part that sits in the rail measures .18 on 1 side and .20 on the opposite side. I next ordered a mount made by Burris, same thing.
Anyone have any ideas? Should I mill down the screw?
I think the Hunter also has the same rail on top of it too.
