m&p10 aka 308 opinions/ reviews and feedback

I've been eyeing AR platforms for a while, and am leaning towards the m&p.

Are there any m&p10 owners here, that can recommend or discourage the purchase and why?

I will be living on a 15+ acre farm, so the need to humanely take down varmints and hunt if so desired is why ill be going with the .308.

Only posts for the 308 were about pmag and sight threads. So feel free to chime in. Thanks & carry on.

i think you'd get more responses, at the M&P 10 section, on the S&W Forum.
it and the M&P 15 section are way more active than here.

I've got the M&P ARs in .22 & .223 and .308. Very pleased with all 3. For the $$ you can't beat the M&P line.

A bit late to the game. But the worst part about the ARs in 308 is they are "generally" proprietary to their manufacture when it comes to parts unlike the AR platforms in 223/5.56.
