The regular sized M&P rear sight reminds me of women with a little more who squeeze into pants a few sizes too small, it just spills over the sides a bit.

Just spoke to James, sent mine back an hour ago. Cannot wait. I think I have the same set up. Is yours Titanium? If it looks as good as I think I will sent in Pro and Bodyguard for the same work. Did he do the apex work for you?

How do you like how the .40 handles? Is it a little beast to shoot, or is it still fun (considering how light it is)?

Thanks.

Yes sorry Talon Grips mine are the rubberized ones but they have sand paper ones too.

I like the way my shield shoots compare to my old M&P Compact to be honest.

How do you like the rubberized grips? I'm undecided as to go with rubberized or the sandpaper type. The good thing (according to the quick email response back from Talon - kudos to them for great service thus far) is the grip that is made for the full sized 9mm will also fit the M&P22.

I'm not talking for the OP, but I love my rubberized grips from Talon on my .40 shield, really made a big difference. I put a Hogue handall jr. sleeve on top of that and LOVE the grip now.

Great job! I've got the rubber talon grips on my shield 9 and love them. They add just the perfect amount of grip without the abrasiveness of the sandpaper one. Did you go with the cerakote finish, or is that duracoat?

James did mine as well. Installed Williams Firesights, apex kit and titanium refinish. He does great work. I also have the rubberized talon grips.
