And lets face it, whens the last time you saw glock come out with anything that set the world on fire. Their flaming fame is dieing... they`ve had some huge problems with their guns since the Gen3, and it still isn`t resolved.
With your attitude about Glocks I would have sworn you were a Harley rider.
Glad to see you agreed with me about them, Harleys that is. I have owned at least 8 bikes in the last 25 years. Not one a Harley.
From what you say though......you don't like Glocks. Whatever.

Last year, the Sherriff's Dept. in my area, contract purchased 632 Glock's for the Dept. to use. Why? Because they were $242 a piece. Most would tell you that they would rather carry anything else other than a Glock, but that's what is issued. It's all cost, it has nothing to do with quality, feel, reliability. etc. I've talked to the motorcycle LE and they all carry Sig's and leave the Glock at home. They purchase their OWN firearm of choice. The only reason they shoot the Glock's at all, are to make sure that they can qualify with it. You can tell the LE's that don't shoot a lot. They carry the issued Glock. The corrections officers carry the Glock, cause it's free. If I hear one more time, " they go bang every time", I swear I'll puke. Some of the Glock owners can attest that that isn't always the case.............................................. ..

Take SIG SAUER for example... the P320, is now the force to be reckoned with.
Swappable frames, slides, barrels... so many options to choose from. Glock, not so much.
How is glock not a big time player? Why is it not a force in the market place? Cause you don't like how it fits in your hand and three of your buddies agree lol? It's not my favorite firearm and since I shoot lead bullets and don't wanna buy a barrel to replace factory I don't have 'em, with a little training it can be shot just fine and if I was issued one I would learn to be proficient with it, they certainly have a huge aftermarket and a great trigger....

Glocks shoot fine, they do go bang every time just like M&P's and XD's do, I'd bet my life on one no problem..... Not the best feeling in my hands but they're rock solid pieces... No offense to Joe Cop on the beat but, I've shot with cops, many blame the gun but, most don't get enough training... A good shooter can get great results with a hi-point... less than average shooters blame their guns....

LOL LOL LOL.... Actually, i DOOO own a harley... still own and ride the first one i ever bought, (99 twincam superglide sport w/2-stage nitrous)... and like glocks, i had to buy one just to see what all the hype was all about. I`m not a person that will judge something until i`ve fully experienced it myself... yeah harleys aint all that, and neither are glocks. I would not ever buy another harley, OR a glock.

Oh yeah, and i own a yamaha R1 modded streetbike, (all built by me) and i bet you`ve never met a guy my age (in my 60`s) that can still rip 190mph on a crotch rocket either...lol. Thazzzz right, i refuse to grow up...hehehe.

No, they don't go bang every time. Check the forums. Check the firearm sales sites. I've never seen so many for sale in my life. Everybody has to learn the hard way. Since you like them so much, it's good that there are plenty of them for you to purchase. Highpoints too........those are a real big seller to gang bangers. They like to turn them sideways and empty the mag because otherwise they can't hit the side of a barn. The cops I know shoot just fine, and they learned also, to get rid of the pos and get a real firearm. They don't buy in to the hype. They've shot them, they know. I've shot them, I know. I don't use the grip as an excuse, they make models to fit anybody. They've had major issues with the 42 and 43 not going bang. Issues with the 22 also. All of the firearms manufacturers have had issues. Go spread the manure on the field. Go Gluck shopping, and get the best

Glocks aren't the 'best' they're as good as any other big name S&W, SA, SIG etc.... They're all mass produced guns... Until you get into hand finished guns like Nighthawk, Wilson Combat they're all about the same... You get some duds now and then.. It's a mass manufactured product...
