True-Precision SS Threaded Barrel
Hyve Technologies +2 Mag Extender
Bastion Gear Rear Slide Plate (can't see it in the pic)

Heading to the range later today to test everything out.

Looking good!

Maybe you could bring both barrels with you to the range?

It would be great to see a real world accuracy comparison.

Where did you get the barrel...??? Was it a drop-in barrel, or gunsmith fitting required. How much was the barrel.

Good looking gun. I'm interested in hearing about the True barrel. If you notice any difference in function or accuracy?

It's a True-Precision barrel. It's drop-in, and it was $220.

I've shot 227 rounds through it, Perfecta range ammo, and Federal HST defense ammo . . . I felt it was fairly accurate both close and down range. I won't make any judgement until I put at least 500 rounds through her. So, by next weekend I'll take care of that. But, I don't foresee any issues and I haven't had any so far.

Hmmm... lack of a range report has me wondering as to the efficacy of the mods...

Yesterday I put another 275 rounds through her. Perfecta 115gr, Federal HST 124gr, Hornady Critical Defense 115gr, and a friend's reloads so I don't know how many gr.

So that's a total of around 500 rounds so far. No failure to feeds, no failure to fires, and very accurate. I only use 1 target and start with center torso, then head, then different spots on the target . . . so it's pointless to show a pic of it cuz there are holes everywhere when I'm done.

I'm satisfied that it's accurate, as is my shooting. Gonna put another 200-300 rounds through her again next week then I'll be satisfied that all of the new additions are good to go and that I'm comfortable with her overall. After that, she'll go into my normal shooting rotation.

Great looking gun...like the red trigger with the HYVE extension. I have one on my Shield and have had no issues with it so far. Have you had any at all with yours?

None at all! Everything is working well together and I couldn't be happier!
