Monarch Trigger

I have a Shield that I use every now and again, my daily carry weapon is a M&P 9C, so I think I am going to frankenstein the Shield for fun range time. I have the HYVE 2 round extension in FDE, and I am going to upgrade the trigger, and HYVE has a Monarch Trigger that I can also get in FDE. Has anyone here used the Monarch trigger, or know anything about it? I am also getting it milled and adding a red dot to it. It will never be used for a daily carry weapon, just for range and fun time. Thanks for any help....

I believe Hyve makes the Monarch triggers.
Just my opinion, they aren`t as nice as the apex triggers.

They also look just like a glock trigger

Yes, good point papow. Hyde has been making the Monarch triggers fro Glock for sometime now, so that probably explains the general look.

But I am unsure as to whether to try the Monarch or the Apex for my Shield 45.

I bought one of HYVE`s triggers, turns out that they ARE pretty decent.
I shouldnt have bashed them before trying them. Friend had one, didnt work that great for him, i bashed away.
APEX gots some competition now...lol

EDIT:
The HYVE trigger feels flatter most the way down compared to the apex.
They look very similar, but they DO feel different... i dunno, maybe its just me. (apex is more curved at the bottom)
I do notice that the apex trigger does a tiny bit better job with removing up take travel.

I agree...!!! Different options isnt a bad thing at all. Kinda levels the play ground.
Apex does have awesome products and a huge following, but HYVE makes some stuff that apex dosent.

Just for shits an giggles, i bought the HYVE trigger for my G43 just to see how it does.
