Issue with Stealth Gear holster.

Just received my stealth gear appendix holster in the mail was having issues with it having little to no retention due to the fact that I have the Apex flat faced trigger and the holster is molded to the stock trigger. Has anyone else ran into this issue? If so, is there anything to do to fix it? Thanks all.

Aren't they formed to the trigger "guard" and not the actual trigger?

Got any pictures of the issue? I can't imagine the Apex trigger being any thicker than the OEM, so it shouldn't have any bearing on the holster's retention.

That doesn't sound right at all. I've got 2 from stealth gear and both had issues. Their quality control sucks.... Especially for the price. Screw the screws tighter and or heat gun over the holster while the gun is Holstered.

Warm it up with a heat gun or hair dryer and apply a little pressure with a cloth (so you don't burn your hands) and form it tighter. you can get the exact retention you want. This is the best part about Kydex, very easy to change the retention. I think I have done this with every Kydex holster I've owned...most times the retention is too tight though.

that doesn't sound right at all. I have6 of their holsters (3 IWB, 3 OWB) all perfect.
Can you post some pic the trigger guard is what they mold them to.
