Does the Slide hold color like the frame does? If so... I have a 9c that might be lookin to take a trip ; ) Also, what would the turn around time on a 9c slide be?

Yes the slide hold the finish very well. I only use H-Series (thermal cure) Cerakote. The finish is very hard and Durable. Lead time is about 10 days or less.

I'm very interested in having my frame done in sniper gray, but I've always wondered how long the finish will hold in/on the frame. Will there be any flaking issues down the road? Thanks -

I have never had or heard of any issue on any of the frames i have done. I have a guy that put over 10k rounds through a FDE M&P one i did and uses a Kydex holster. The frame gets shiny spots (polished) where cerakoted but not worn. This is far superior than Duracoat and is thermal cured . So it is fully cured after "baked" . Durakote take up to 4 weeks to be fully cured and and holsters will eat it up.
