Good call (about the weather), I thought about it too late last night. It's been HOT and HUMID, heat indexes well into the 100,s. Dry as a bone and the crops are starting to show it in places. We're like about 6"-8" behind in rain just around here. No let up at night. You remember what it's like here. Oh ya, had a great mushroom crop.. and I ate all yours. ....thanks

I was going to talk about the fishing, but our lake is still "not here" after all the floods two years ago. So, the fishing sucks. BUT, we are getting things going to get the lake back and running.

Re: Weather. Today, it was 85f outside where I work.
Inside the plant it was near 115f. Totally sucks to work in that heat and I'm only in it for less run an hour usually. I'll never understand how the non-IT guys can spend eight plus hours in it.

Oh yea, and Obama had to decide to come to Mansfield and cause all the streets to get blocked off by 6AM (AF1 didn't even land till 11:10) and make me spend 30 minutes driving around in detours. Did he visit the area of his main voting base? Nope, that'd have been in the drug/hooker zone. He only went to the white collar, banking/legal part of town.

Just poured here about an hour ago. One of those "Iowa" rains.... thunder, lightning, poured for about 5 seconds and the sun was still out durring all this. Spotty too. Drive in and out of it.

i decided to read the pissing threads. and still learn info from the other threads on the M&P`s. just not to read the several handlers of the weather forcast, just like the weather people, only right 1% of that minute. it is raining here, thank you for your weather reports. and the pictures. oh, wait, i don`t want to be in the .0005% of the weather instructors. people might put me in their weather station reports, wrong. maybe you`ll get tired of giving your weather reports, that nobody on a gun forum cares about. have a good weekend!!
