I.W.B. - Off Side, when wearing a jacket or loose clothing. Yeah, I'm one of thos e "cross draw" types.

Ankle - Inside / off side in summer (except when wearing shorts ). (Colt Mustang .380)

My wife has a "pancake" type holster where-in the pistol fits "completely" inside the waistband. There is a "clip" that also holds her cell phone which is part of the holster. The extraction technique involves:

1. Hooking the right thumb inside the waistband and pulling outward.

2. Pulling UP on the cell phone with the left hand until the "pancake" clears the waistband.

3. Extracting the pisol with the right hand.

Steps 1 & 2 happen simultaneously. Step 1 places the right hand where the gun all but falls into it.

The ONLY disadvantage that I can see is that the weapon is inaccessible while driving or sitting.

She can wear it with a pair of jeans and a tucked in tee-shirt and it's virtually invisible. (Unless she's had a half of a pizza and for or five beers the day before - - In which case the only evidence of the gun is a very slight impression of a six inch oval flat spot on her left upper thigh   ) Barely noticeable.

She is SCARY FAST with that thing. She carries a Taurus Millenium-Pro in 9 MM.

I'm ordering a Blade-Tech "U.C.H." and a Blade-Tech "Tek-Lok" for my M&P C-9.

Also gonna git one of dem tings the little gal uses.

Y'all have a really great day.

Three ways on your list:

Galco OWB when wearing a jacket (M&P 40),

Tucker "Answer" IWB "tuckable" (P99 40).

Off body when driving.

Works for me.

Strong side IWB C.T.A.C. 4 o'clock But, I am finding this to be a problem drawing quickly. I am experimenting off hand at the 11 o'clock with my C.T.A.C. Again, its all about what is good for you, but damned if I can't find a moderately comfortable position yet...

C-TAC here. I find it very comfortable at 4:00, and it conceals nicely under my not buttoned up button-up shirt with a t-shirt underneath. I can wear polo shirts over it as well, and I can tuck in my shirt depending on which one I wear. I switched the tabs and I find it conceals better but is a little harder to get a perfect grip when drawing quickly. I sometimes carry a Walther P22 in a right side Don Hume IWB holster but I have to wear it cross-draw.

I carry an extra mag in a multi-tool velco-flap style pouch and/or a Comp-Tac single mag carrier.

I carry my 9C in a C-TAC in the 3 oclock position( sometimes 4 oclock). With a few mods to the holster it wears great.I wear it as much as I can..the weekends its always on (about 12hrs a day)I can bearly notice its there, just used to it I guess..I also carry in a Galco JAK slide for OWB.The C-TAC conceals great even under a untucked t-shirt.I haven't tried wearing with a shirt tucked in over it yet, kinda got a little bit of a gut and tend to wear my shirts untucked as of late :?

Concealed Carry

Depends on the weather (when in Michigan the weather changes every five minutes), one of my favorites is the fobus paddle holster during the cooler months, I also carry two mags on the off side in a belt mounted fobus pouch. During the summer I use a IWB from Bianchi with a shirt over top of my Kimber / Glock or a Desantis Pocket holster for the Keltec P3AT (which by the way is one of the best carry combo's ever). I can carry that .380 all day and not be bothered one bit.

When wearing suit/tie etc. or sport coat, OWB, strong side, Comp-Tac FBI Paddle.

Otherwise, IWB, UBG Canute or Comp-Tac Infidel. The Infidel is so easy to put on and quite comfortable, but the Canute is even more comfortable. EDC is M&P .40c.

I also carry with the SmartCarry, but I don't wear it as advertised. Instead of wearing it in the front I wear it at 3 o'clock and the entire gun is below the waistband. In this position my G27 disappears, but guns with longer grips wouldn't work as well at 3 o'clock. This is the norm when deep concealment is needed but if I have a decent cover garment or feel I may need quicker access I can slide the holster up so that the grip is above the waistline for easier access, basically mexican carry but secure and the trigger is covered. I just ordered another for my 40c and while slightly bigger than the baby glocks it works just as well.

I.W.B. Desanti Cozy Partner (M&P9c)

Considering the Highnoon Snapper or the Desanti Speed Scabbard for O.W.B. Any feedback on either one of these?

It all depends on the weather and attire. Winter and early Spring allows Uncle Mike's Kydex OWB under a jacket or vest, while Summer and Fall calls for Milt Sparks Heritage IWB and/or Thunderwear.
