I am looking at finding a possible replacement for M&P 9mm. I have been experiencing numerous malfunctions with my duty issued sidearm. At first they stated it was just my really big hands. That my support thumb was pushing against the frame in turn slowing down the slide causing failure to fully extract. Well the extractor was changed, then the barrel. I allowed others to shoot the handgun and the have experienced the same thing.
Now this is with federal reloads. Not premium duty Ammo. I know this would assist. Just a little lack of confidence with a gun that likes specific types of ammo. I am looking at carrying a CZ Shadow 2 due to a full length rail and more of a rigid frame. Tired of guns that flex so much when you shoot them. Sir, Beretta, CZ and 1911's have been making steel guns forever. Why doesn't S&W do the same?

Correction on the spell check "Sir" was meant to say "Sig"

I would rather they spent their money fixing the screw-up`s they already have... so, NOPE, no steel for me either.
I bought all my shields for the purpose intended... light, reliable, ease of concealment.
