Beretta CX4 Storm 9mm

Does anybody know if the CX4 Storm carbine/rifle is legal in Connecticut, New York and California?
I'm looking for a 9mm rifle since 22lr are no more. I would really like a Sterling Type II carbine, but I'm sure those will be banned. I don't think they are available for purchase anymore either. I think that only leave the CX4 and the JR Carbine. I'm sure the JR will be banned when the Democrats take over.

What does it matter, you live in Indiana.

The CX4 Storm should be compliant in most locations. But it is a rare item, not many made. There is always the Hi Point carbine. Or a 9mm AR.

The Democrats will pass a national gun law, if they get total control. I don't want to spend anymore hard earned money on something that might get repoed by the gov.

The CX4 Storm is a pretty expensive rifle but the reviews are excellent. It doesn't have a pistol grip or a muzzle devise, so I don't think it's a "scary" rifle. I don't know that for sure, is why I was asking.

For California reference: http://www.calguns.net/caawid/flowchart.pdf

As far as I can tell the 9mm version with a 30"+ overall length should be good. Don't take my word for it.

There will be no repo of guns. Period. End of story. Buy what you want to own.

We will enforce the second amendment.

Missouri is currently putting laws in place that makes it illegal to enforce stricter gun laws than the state already has. That will put a squash on any Federal laws.
