This is the result of endless hours of coaching, teaching and dry fire... and LOTS of reloading time.

I present, Lil'Bravo and her first USPSA match with the M&P 40!!

Thanks K!!

Shes running her M&P40 with 5 mags, 2 double pouches and Blackhawk Sportster (no latch) holster, all which she got for her birthday a little early.

Handloads were 180gr Berrys with 4.5gr of ETR7 going about 880fps per chrono.
I was hoping she wouldnt get a squib, but she did. I need to be more attentive.

We couldn't be more proud. But haven't you heard, girls are 41% unable to handle a 40S&W (or some such nonsense.) I especially like how she raises the sights to her line of sight without ducking/tilting her head or raising her shoulders. Just a nice, normal presentation. Took me months to learn that, or unlearn the bad habits.

Edit: When I edit from an airplane, especially this one, it messes with the forum's clock.

Great shooting! One suggestion, during her reloads have her try holding her pistol higher(at eye level or slightly below) while reloading. This will facilitate a faster reload, the pistol will be closer to the position of firing and she can view the mag well easier.

I understand the suggestion, and its not off the radar. Im not a total idiot, however bear in mind, we eat an elephant one fork at a time.

Ill just let the young lady have FUN (while being safe), and work on the other little tid bits at a later date...

Just got her the Hogue slip on grip, she liked mine quite a bit... I shot with it this weekend and it seamed to do well.
