I shoot here at JBLM on range 15, but recently been shooting on the Evergreen Complez outside of Olympia.

I'm in Olympia. Where/what is the Evergreen Complex?

I too am in the Olympia area and use Range 15 on JBLM, Capitol Forrest shooting area and some ranges in the Ravensdale area when I attend courses through LMS Defense. Range 15 is really the only structured place I shoot and I have heard a lot of clubs in the Tacoma area have some pretty funky rules when it comes to shooting.

For those looking for info on Evergreen Shooting:

Seattle, Ballard specifically. Closest gun shop is Butch's. Too bad for me.

North Seattle here. Typically go to Wades in Bellevue to shoot, and Epic Firearms in Monroe to shop for new toys!

Just picked up my FS9 from Guns and Shizzle. I'm in Lakewood just north of JBLM. Haven't gotten to take her to the range yet, but I'm planning on going sometime soonish.

Granted I live in NJ (for now), I am in WA every other month visiting family, I frequently stop by Champion Arms in Kent, WA. Great place and nice range.

Another WA resident

New Washington member here,

Out in Bothell here, and I do most of my shooting at West Coast Armory. Don't own an M&P yet but a 9mm Pro is in my very near future. Love how these M&P's feel, and being left handed, the ambi controls are wonderful.

The lady at the Bellevue PD looked at my address when I applied for my CPL and thought I lived in Clyde Hill -- so that's the name I chose here! Wade's and West Coast Armory ranges in Bellevue are very busy -- and Wade's is adding a second story (winter 2013). Here's the WA firearm booklet the State puts out I just posted elsewhere. http://wdfw.wa.gov/publications/00511/wdfw00511.pdf

Kitsap Rifle and Revolver Club near Bremerton has an excellent facility, with access to action pistol bays for realistic from the holster shooting, something sorely lacking at the other local ranges I frequent.

If the weather is truly snotty I use the Gig Harbor Sportsman's Club.

Federal Way Discount Guns (on 324th just off Pac Hwy.) Has just built a spectacular 14 lane indoor range, I don't get over there often but it's nice.

Renton, Home of the Seahawks.

I shoot at the Issaquah Sportsman Club, but sure would like to find a place for just plinking. It can a bore for my 13 year old son just punching holes in paper, and more and more he wants to stay home. Need to bring the fun back for him, or I may lose him as shooting partner. You Dad,s know what I'm talking about.
